New Jersey is FINALLY moving forward with grading and issuing medical #cannabis licenses from the 2019 application round.
It's about freakin' time!
Companies which had submitted applications in 2019 have been stuck in an expensive holding pattern while this lawsuit went on, forced to spend hundreds of thousands of dollars on leases for buildings they hoped to be able to use for licenses they hoped to win.
This was an atrocious and outrageously wasteful "pause," a saga which hopefully will end with an expedited award and issuance of new business licenses.
