Just swap out the name of Dan Bilzerian's company ("Ignite") with nearly any other public cannabis company and you'll have a common thread true story that ties them all together.
(insert company name here) “made” money in two ways last year. The company issued and sold shares of its company stock, and the company also raised money via debt.
With that money, (insert company name here) went on a spending spree, even as its stock tanked.
Sadly, this story is the same for most public #cannabis companies. No real value from cannabis business, just lots of smoke and mirrors.... and press releases.
